The battery is the correct width but just so slightly too long. The wire is also longer than the original wire. Hence ,it does not fit in the rather snug battery compartment of the PRISM digital TV.

I own a battery powered mini tv because I deal with frequent power outages, either from weather or from the Texas power grid. It’s nice to have access to the news when the power is out.

Very please with my replacement battery. Living in the south...hurricanes and tropical storms are normal events that we all try and stay prepared for. I didn't really want to buy another battery powered HD capable TV for hurricane season, BUT the rechargeable battery in my TV was dead (I've had it for 7 years...so not too surprising). Haier doesn't make the model TV I have anymore, and they do not support replacement batteries. This battery was here in a timely manner, installed perfectly into my battery compartment and worked immediately. I am VERY pleased!

I found a ATSC-710 Digital Prism with a 2400mah battery in a thrift store that was in excellent condition. The battery finally wouldn't hold a charge and I ordered this one which is a 2500mah battery.It arrived quickly and was in a very sturdy cardboard/plastic container. The plastic lid was firmly attached and once opened the battery was further protected behind a strong plastic film. I used my knife to create an opening to slide out the battery.The hardest part was disconnecting the old battery, but the new was easy to plug in and a perfect fit. I powered it up and the battery was already charged with for full performance. The install was done in the car and all local channels came in perfectly.Great, quality, and price. I would definitely reorder or recommend.

Battery fit was a little tight, I was able to get the cover back on. Charged battery and watched Haier digital HLT71 tv for approximately 1 hour after the first charge. Great value!
