I would of rated it better if all super capacitors we're balanced. It has a balance board and they will not balance with each other. 5 are close and 1 is a 1.25 off. It reads minus when each capacitor is at 1.5 volts. I tried balancing myself and it won't stay. It also won't hold voltage like it should it slowly bleeds of the voltage when it's supposed to hold the voltage like a battery. Cheaply made Chinese garbage that's not worth 5$ Run, do not buy.
