Tested this product for continuity with a multimeter @ 25F and below and the test failed. If this thermostat ever closes, we don't know what that temperature is. Even at 22F we got no response from it. The circuit seems to remain open no matter how cold it gets and this is a big problem with defrosting the evaporator coils.
