HOW TO START THE ENGINE
1)Press
1/Press the oil bubble on the carburetor until the fuel is discharged from the back of the oil nozzle, and the fuel in the bubble should be over 2/3 (not more than 10 times under normal conditions).
2)Closed state.
2/Pull the throttle to the closed state.
3)Pull
3/Pull the starter handle with your hand until you hear the sound of the explosion (you can hear the explosion at 2~3 times. If you don't hear the explosion, you can pull it up to 5 times).
4)Open
4/Pull the throttle to the open position.
5)Pull
5/Pull the engine starter handle, pull the engine until the normal operation.
IMPORTANT TIPS
A、When operate the third step of the above step，If pull the pull starter too much, It is very easy to cause the engine to inundate the cylinder. The method of solving the inundation of the engine AS BELOW
a、put the damper door in the open position state.
b、take off the spark plug.
c、pull the starter 10~20 times by force, to discharge the fuel in the head of the cylinder.
d、close the damper, and then follow again the operation steps above.
B、for the unhindered valve carburetor (such as: Walbro WT990\998, etc.) can be operated according to the above steps 1), 5), 6).
Carburetor adjustment
The "L" nail of the carburetor has been adjusted when the engine leaves the factory.Please do not adjust this nail easily. The "H" nail can be adjusted according to the weight of the car and the road condition according to the actual situation。When adjusting the carburetor, please follow the instructions of experienced operators. If the carburetor is not well adjusted, it will have a serious impact on engine performance and life.
IMPORTANT
The carburetor's H and L nails turn right (clockwise rotation),and the carburetor's oil supply is reduced; left-handed (counterclockwise rotation) will go out, and the carburetor supply will increase.
Engine stop
If you want the engine stop, Please idle for about 1 minute, press the stop switch, the engine will turn off and stop running.
WARNING
It is strictly forbidden to stop the engine operation by pressing the STOP SWITCH at high speed and large throttle directly, which is easy to cause a large amount of heat not easy to dissipate, thus affecting the engine performance.

Well made engine. Everything was as it should be. Only flaw was the carb! I couldn't get it to start. Put on a walbro carb and it fired right up. I put it on a Losi DBXL gas k&n. Dropped right in with no problems! I primed the fuel bulb, gave it a couple slow pulls to get gas in the crankcase, set the choke. First pull it crackled. Turned the choke off and pulled. Started right up. First start new!

First of all the exaust comes out exactly like the original Japenese engine that came with the losi dbxl. Out the side! This engine is a direct performance replacement. I suggest you buy a aluminum motor mount. The plastic will break with all the power! This engine is a absolute beast! The low end power is stupid awesome. With the 23 cc engine it took a minute to catch second gear. Not with this beast it goes into second in no time. That tells me that this 32cc engine has balls! It starts every time with out any issues. The only complaint is the spark plug and the boot. The boot is a complete joke! I got hit by the spark because it provides little insulation. The spark plug fouled out the 3rd run. I went to auto zone and they had the NGK of this size in stock.

Arrived early, and was exactly as described. Put motor on a king motor 1:5 scale t2000 truck. Went on as should. Primed the carburetor and pulled the starter and fired right up. Ran it several times and has been running perfect!!

Perfect fit in my losi dbxl, works great. Just wish the exhaust didn't point straight out the front. I will be adding a tuned pipe to correct this issue
