Plug and play, very easy to use. Vedeo speed and quality are pretty good.

I use it 68 to 22 minutes per day. This camera is excellent. I got another for my wife and two more for staff. It is very clear and easy to use. The zoom and pan feature is excellent. The remote does that, as well as lighting. Compared to other cameras, this camera does a much, much better job balancing light on the subject even before making any adjustments. The problem with the other cameras is that if the room is pretty dark but the monitors put out light... my head (clean shaven) would glare. With this camera that problem is gone, and I can adjust it even more if I want using zoom and the lighting control on the remote (the remote is much more convenient the a software config). My wife's room has a very bright background (window) yet, even without adjusting, her face on camera is well lit. Other cameras would darken the face trying to balance the light on her face with the background.

Great webcam! The video is super clear, the ring light helps a lot in low light, and the mic picks up my voice really well without background noise. Easy to set up and works perfectly on Zoom and Google Meet. Highly recommend!

I originally got it as my office is dark and thought it would be nice to have a higher quality webcam with a ring light for meetings. I loved the fact that it had 3 lighting levels, both white and a warm, so you can get an ideal image. Also, that it had a built-in privacy cover and came with a USB to USB-C adapter and a little tripod. Finally, I really like the center facing feature which is ideal if you have dual monitors on arms and can't get it right in the middle. Unfortunately, with testing, there's so much static noise in the feed and no way to adjust it within UC apps (Teams and WebEx) or in the built-in camera app on either Windows or Mac. I have a comparison with another 1080p webcam, and the noise difference is significant. Lowest light level flickers on both white and warm lighting and there also appears to be a short in the cable close to the USB plug. Even though the cable is securely plugged in, if I move the cable at all (even barely), it causes the webcam feed to stop and switch to my built-in webcam. Sometimes it can recover from this, and switching back to the PixelForge webcam fixes it. Other times it doesn't, and I have to unplug and plug it back in, or it just completely loses the camera altogether. Oddly, keeping the light on, but otherwise non-responsive. It's a good price and if it weren't for those issues, it would be a pretty decent webcam, but mine is totally unusable.

My old Logitech did such a bad job at adjusting focus. And this cheap but nice camera does a beer job than Logitech. The high-def camera provides a very clear view. And the mic is a plus as well. I don’t have to use a separate mic to talk in meetings. 100% worth the money.

It is a great camera. Easy to put on top of my monitor. It has a light with a few brightness levels, and I can switch between yellow and white. And I can block the camera when I don't use it.

I didn't even bother with directions. I just plugged this into my Chromebook and everything worked perfectly. There are a lot of great qualities that this camera possesses. I LOVE the fact that this comes with a built-in shutter for privacy. That's fantastic. I don't trust having a camera pointed at me all day long. One thing I didn't realize (I actually thought it was assembled at the factory crooked) is that the circle part on the built-in monitor clip can bend like a ball and socket joint for precise setup. This also comes with a mini-tripod for on-the-go setup. I'm debating whether to use this as a travel camera (as it's quite a good travel setup) or for my main webcam for my home office (for privacy). The ring light might be useful if you don't wear glasses. I wear glasses when I'm working and the ring light is noticeable and irritating. It might be very useful for some though! The only drawback to this camera was the picture quality. I expected much better quality, but comparing this webcam picture to my cheap onboard Chromebook camera, the Chromebook was about equivalent with items up close but actually better with background items. The lighting in my home office is terrible, so I'll continue to use it in different lighting and see if it excels in other areas. The price was about what I would expect for this webcam.
