The ratio of the arm length on both sides of the rocker arm is called the rocker arm ratio. The rocker arm ratio is about 1.2~1.8. One end of the long arm is used to push the valve, so that a larger valve lift can be obtained, and the push rod or lifter can be reduced. The amount of movement of the columns also reduces the inertial force generated by their reciprocating motion.

Valve Rocker Arm Symptoms
