Very heavy plastic tube with a heavy duty rope and a pump to pump up the tube. Love the three seater with the handles for the kids easy to blow up and deflate. All ages can enjoy this tube.

This tube is of solid construction. The kids loved it. It pulled well with multiple kids. The colors are beautiful. We can't wait to get back out there. The stitching is solid. It was easy to inflate. When the kids fell, it was easy to get back on. We would buy it again. I recommend it. And the price is great!
