This cart is made from Alloy Steel w/a True Red Powder Coating. It looks just as it does in the listing photos. All of the components are good quality including the wheels which swivel and roll smoothly.Assembly took about 20 minutes. All of the hardware comes in one bag so a few of those minutes were spent sorting, however, the pieces are identified in the instructions and the assembly is pretty straightforward so it didn’t cause any confusion or issues.I ordered this to keep in my garage and unload my groceries onto it so I only do 2-3 trips in/out instead of 10+. I usually shop while my kids are at school so this more than makes up for the lack of helpers. It’s very strong and solid; it’d definitely work well as a tool cart but could also be used in many other ways too. Well made, functional + versatile product.

To avoid any confusion as to the product description herein under review, the actual product description as posted by the seller on his Amazon marketing webpage is: 3 Tier Utility Service Cart 400 lbs, Steel Rolling Tool Cart on Wheels, Load Capacity for Mechanic Garage Warehouse Workshop & Repair Shop, Red.Price-point during this review: $95.99 (less 5% Amazon seller's discount coupon). One might say that this review is the mixed tale of the proverbial "good, bad and (in this case) the not so ugly". Allow me to explain this somewhat 'cryptic' description of my review. To begin with, the latter 'not so ugly' tag applies to the overall bright-colored brilliance of this shiny, 'flashy-looking' and impressive all-purpose utility cart. Its impressive 'cosmetic' appeal and ultimate practical performance is beyond reproach. It's made from several substantial materials, and its performance , what with its purported 400 lbs. weight capacity, should serve almost any user with maximum fulfillment results. In spite of its somewhat elevated price-tag, I do recommend this product for its implied various forms of satisfactory usage.Ironically, for such a highly respectable product, I am unable to get past some of the inexplicable, frustrating assembly 'hardships' I encountered which became so apparent right from the 'get-go' as soon as I opened this well-packed Amazon offering. As you might have guessed by now, this is where the 'bad' reference comes in re my aforementioned triple word-descriptive narrative of this product. When someone such as I has reviewed so many products over the years as a gold-rated member of Amazon's Vine Voice reviewer program, you come to acquire a kind of 'sixth-sense' when it boils down to noting some of the essential 'fine points' (or lack thereof) of a product upon initially sorting out all the pieces to be assembled, along with any accompanying diagrammatic instructions that logically are provided by the vendor. And this 'bad boy', I assure you, gave me 'fits' all throughout the obligatory, arduous assembly process...so much so, that I just couldn't omit mentioning such during an otherwise review of a such a potentially useful and practical product. What I'm most alluding to are both the lack of an essential comprehensible instructional/diagrammatic, detailed assembly manual, as well as the 'cheapish-looking', flimsy, small 'greasy-like' plastic, over-crammed zip-lock type bag that contained every single bit of the many fastener pieces needed to put this thing together. Instead of the modern-day norm of such complicated assembly fastener hardware pieces being pressure/blister-packed onto a well-documented, numerically identified, inventory-printed identification sheet, this literal bag of bunched-up, intertwined myriad collection of many different pieces became an 'instant nightmarish', highly time-consuming affair in order to bring it to its final-build state of fruition. The ultimate 'kicker' came about with the added confusion of isolating and properly identifying the various bolt fasteners for their specific assembly tasks. The final 'insult-to-injury', so to speak, came in when the bolts needed to fasten the ample handle/grip onto one end of the unit turned out to be too short, and I thus had to make a trip to the local hardware store to rectify the inexcusable shortcoming. In finality, suffice it to say that I did indeed get it 'up and running' and it has subsequently served me quite well in many endeavors around my house (and garage workshop). This item is a 'winner', but the 'never to be forgotten' extreme hassle I experienced during the assembly process forces me to withhold one star, and thus still afford it a very good 4 stars' rating - - and not a 'great' 5 stars, which hopefully can be achieved if the seller will take note and update and improve its assembly issues I've so stated in my above declaration(s).
