PAPER IS PERFECT for baking cookies which I do a lot of. It is not a roll but individual, pre-measured sheets. I find it strong enough, hasn't ripped, and it doesn't curl up on the ends when heated in my air fryer. That has been my experience. I'll buy again.

i have a toaster oven style air fryer, which i thought would be the best for me. (it doesn't do a good job of toasting). but using these air fryer sheets even with something as simple as fries makes it all so much better. keeps that fryer 'basket' rack so much cleaner. something you might appreciate after a while if you have that style of air fryer. they are great, very effective for containing some of the mess, and super easy to use.

Rolled parchment paper always curls and is hard to keep on a large sheet pan. This is ready to go, stays flat and can be cut to size. Great for using to transfer bread dough into a dutch oven too. I also use in my air fryer for easy clean up. Just put it in with the food, not during pre heating. Good purchase.

I love having these to use when making meals for my large family. I place them on my cutting board to save time while preparing multiple types of food at once. Another reason I use them everyday is because I can never be sure if the cutting board is really clean or contaminated when I walk in the room to use it since we have such a large family and a senior citizen using the same board every day as well. Constantly washing the cutting board dries it out (don't have time to oil the thing seven times a day) so I like having these down just in case. Just grab a sheet and get to work. Not to mention how easy the clean-up is afterwards when I'm done.I have them on my subscribe and save list which is way more economical then buying the single roles at the super market. I also see no need for bleached parchment paper (which is what you typically see at the store) or a reason to partake in the destruction of our planet in making and using them. These work just as well for baking things in the oven or wrapping things for the smoker and are healthier. I also cut a small stack of them at once ahead of time to wrap snacks or sandwiches in. I'm very happy I made the decision to try them out a year ago.
