When my generator had a sudden surge, the adapter cut power within milliseconds. The internal thermal protector works better than cheaper brands. Already recommended to my boating club members!

This RV 30 amp to 110v adapter is made of high quality materials and includes a circuit breaker to protect from power surges. I used the single adapter plugs before and they have always melted some over long periods of use. With the circuit breaker and dongle on this adapter I suspect this one will last much longer and be much more durable in the long run.

I bought this product in a pinch when I needed to run a piece of equipment with a 30 amp / 240v plug in a room where we only had standard 110v wall outlets. It worked great! Before I had a similar one and my breakers would constantly trip. This did not have that issue. I assume due to the overload protection, which is also a nice bonus feature. For this price you can’t really beat it!
