This tool works as advertised and there are many YouTube videos on how to use it. It made a very difficult job easy and saved a lot of time and very easy to use. It’s also small enough to keep in my car for emergencies.

This tool was helpful to install a stretch belt. I don't think I could have done it without this tool.The tool was damaged and bent up after the job was completed so it was good for a 1 time use only.

This is an absolute must to change the AC compressor stretch belt on a 2008 750Li and related vehicles. It's possible with a screw driver or other such objects but very, very difficult, nerve racking and time wasting. This item has a great price point and much, much cheaper than the OEM/BMW version that's of the same relative quality. You won't be sorry you bought this, even if you only need to do it once.

This is a must have for these stupid stretch belts on this engine. I tried and tried to get by without out with no luck. 10 seconds with this tool and it was done!

When used correctly it does exactly what it is supposed to do. Necessary for BMW AC stretch belt.

This item was essential for the installation of my BMW AC stretch belt! I initially didn’t think I would need to spend the extra $12 but boy am I glad I got it! After watching a DIY video clip… This is a definite time saver and headache reliever, when you are trying to put this belt on- by your self!! Do yourself a favor and just get one, even if you only use it this once… also saves on loads of extra cussing.

One other time, many many years ago I changed out my AC belt doing a full cooling system replacement on my 2008 550i. I cursed that AC belt reinstall process because without this tool, getting the belt back on was close to impossible. I did it...finally...but the frustation, effort and skinned knuckles were monumental.Take two. Needed to replace water pump and thermostat and opted to buy this little tool to help with the AC belt reinstall. Followed Youtube video DIY, voila! 3 minutes, no frustration, all good. You don't always need a specialty tool, but in this case at this price for this job you do. My two cents. Good luck with your BMW DIY!
