Very unhappy with this product. The chairs are rated to hold 700lbs but when sitting on the chair is very unsteady and feels flimsy when sitting down. I requested a return and because it was too pricey to ship back the offered me $20 and said to keep chairs. This is unacceptable considering it states free returns within 30 days. I dont suggest ordering from this company.
