Have been buying these for a dehumidifier that's running almost constantly in our encapsulated crawl space. Have been replacing the filters about every 6 months. These trap airborne particles very well, and I think they've contributed a lot to the humidifier's working without apparent problems. Recommended, even though they're a little pricey.
