Quick setup, sturdy construction. We used the product to quickly setup a barrier when refinishing the countertops in our kitchen. The poles were easy to setup with plastic sheeting. It kept the dust from the rest of the house!

Work well. If using the full 12 feet make sure to have enough pipe on each connector so it is not wobbly.

Loved the ease of installation on these sturdy durable posts. Perfect for creating a dust barrier and other light duty work. Not as heavy duty as I was expecting but they are holding up for small jobs. Seemed a little high in price. Was expecting something a bit more heavy duty.

This Stainless Steel Zipper Walls Poles Kit works fine for those smaller DIY projects where you want to contain dust or contaminates. The first set I ordered looked like it was a return and had a couple of pieces missing and one pole that would not lock correctly.... my second set had no issues.The poles extend and lock using a raise and twist mechanism that works fairly well. The spring loaded plastic plates are used to keep the plastic sheeting (not included) snug against the ceiling and keep the whole thing in place. The plates and the poles don't look that robust in the build quality, so I definatly wouldn't be using this on any sort of commercial construction project, but for home use, they seem fine.The included bag is a nice add on, but is kinda flimsy and without internal structure. It's big enough to hold a small roll of sheeting and probably two sets of poles should you want to add more.Removing the poles from the celing left no visable marks or damage, and everything went back in the bag without issues. Overall, a good choice if using for a few projects, but get something sturdier if you intend to use these frequently.

I needed a set of wall poles for a plaster and lath demo project I had coming up and I thought theses would do the trick.At first glance everything looks great, all my poles were straight and all of the parts were there in a very generous sized zippered bag. I imagined storing rolls of tape and maybe even a small roll of poly all in one bag that had some nice strap handles. My hopes came crashing down after I showed up on the job with my brother in law and actually tried to use them.Not one of the poles actually worked properly. The end of the pole with the rectangular foot is supposed to be spring loaded so that it can hold even tension against the ceiling but everyone of mine had a sticky spring that would not hold tension. A couple would hardly push in and one pushed in only to become stuck.Luckily for me, my brother in law also brought a set of poles of a different brand that worked great!I write a lot of reviews and rarely do I find a product that fails as badly as these SAFEACET poles did, maybe a simple redesign of that end part will cure their problem but until that happens, I would look elsewhere.

Low quality materials. Low quality design. WAY too much money for what you get. Horribly disappointed.I'm sure it would be... okay???... for LIGHT duty stuff, but definitely not up to par for ANY kind of heavy duty work, like at all. I nearly broke the thing (in fact, I think I might have) just trying to set it up. No instructions came with it. It's not difficult to operate or anything, but it's not immediately clear which knob controls which pole or which direction it needs to turn to tighten or release it. Then, when you do figure out how to tighten it, it doesn't tighten very well and, upon putting a load on it while extended and tightened (not a big load, mind you), it made a cracking sound like I had done some sort of irreversible damage to the pole. Thankfully, I was able to retract it okay and get it back to standard, but I'm not sure whether I broke it or not.But one thing was clear: I doubt I'll ever trust these enough to use them and, if I ever do, I'll be very wary of them for these reasons.
