This product is as advertised. It provides the boxes for you to assemble and the cake boards.The box wasn't difficult to assemble and gives enough space for a single 3-layer cake. The cake board fits perfectly inside the box but will only recommend for a cake's that are no bigger than 10 inch in diameter in order to fit well inside.

these got my cakes to their destination intact. the boxes are roomy and tall, the cake boards that came with them held the cakes in place so they would not slide around in the car, the cakes never touched the sides of the box. Nice product!

My daughter ordered this for a small wedding cake this weekend. It was easy to assemble and will be just tall enough to get the cake to the reception.

As a professional cake decorator,I'm always looking for better deals.This is a 12"x12x12 box that is large and sturdy enough for the tall single tier or small two tier cakes.I used it recently to transport a birthday cake as shown and it did a fabulous job

I needed a tall cake box for an apple shaped cake and this worked well. It was easy enough to assemble and get the lid on. It lasted the entire 2 hour journey to its destination. Happy with these.

These cake boxes measure 10 inches all around (width, length, height) and will easily accommodate an iced and decorated double layer 8-inch cake. It might be a bit tight for a 9-inch round double layer cake that has been iced and decorated, but most likely it will fit without too much icing being disturbed. I believe they're tall enough for even a triple layer cake, but it wouldn't leave much room for anything extra on top of the cake. The boxes are fine bakery quality, very sturdy, and presentable with a separate lid that fits snugly on top (not an attached lid). This pack comes in a set of 2 boxes/lids and 2 cake boards. That's not a lot considering the price, but the quality makes up for it. About the only thing I would suggest is adding a small window so you can see what's inside. The manufacturer likely omitted this feature in favor of the box being as sturdy as possible, but I wouldn't think just a small window would compromise the structural integrity. In fact, if there was a small window on the lid, that would be ideal and wouldn't even affect the strength of the box itself. Any cake decorator or hobbyist knows how labor-intensive cake decorating is. Overall, I'm very pleased and would trust these boxes to transport my masterpieces.
