Bought the protection plan in September 2024, it broke November 2024. Decided to give the trampoline another try, bought the same brand with my gift card reimbursement. It has broken again . For reference my daughter is 5' 3" 110lbs, it should be able to endure her jumping. Filing another claim

The bungee cords are already showing signs of wear after one month. When I received the trampoline, it didn't have any of the bungees on and it and it was really hard to get them on and get them centered, but one side still is wearing more than the other side. DisappointingUpdate. Seller has contacted me and asked me what I wanted for a resolution and I have asked for a refund. However, they have written to me back about four times and I have written back to them four times and I'm not getting anywhere.

This item was fairly easy to put together. The QR codes included in the paperwork were very helpful in assembling the product. The paperwork included did not show the steps, such as how to attach the safety pins and bungee cords, in any detail so the QR codes were invaluable. I would say that the tiny wrench included with the product to attach the bar in the front of it is somewhat difficult to use due to it's size. Grab another wrench to make the job easier. The product itself is sturdy and performs as intended. I look forward to using it daily for a low impact exercise.

One leg has no thread at all. So unable to assemble. Waiting on seller to respond.. cant use it without a leg and the return window is ticking when i cant even test the item..Im definitely disappointed so far.

I purchased this mini trampoline from Amazon recently and unfortunately only had two days of use before experiencing a serious issue. While moving the trampoline to a different location in our home, the middle began to cave in and one of the legs snapped in the opposite direction. My husband was quick to point out that this is the risk of purchasing cheaper items on Amazon. I cannot recommend this trampoline to others. For context, I am 5'3" and 140 lbs, so I am unsure of how this structural failure occurred. Needless to say, I am highly disappointed in this purchase.12/11/24 UPDATE: I reached out to Kensone and they are going to send me a replacement. Great customer service! I will update the stars once I get the new one in & test out the new trampoline they send me.12/16/24 UPDATE: They sent me a replacement and it got here SUPER quick. Excellent customer service and the new rebounder is perfect. I updated my 1 star review to 5 stars.

Could not attach handrail as it came without the listed M6 75mm screws. They made it right as quick as they could. Works great ! Bouncing away now!
