Induction Hardening
The sprocket is made of ANSI 1045 carbon steel, and the teeth are hardened with HRC38-42 with high-frequency quenching heat treatment
Surface Treatment & Mark
The surface of the sprocket is blackened, and it is corrosion-resistant and rust-proof.Each sprocket will be marked with the number of teeth and the size of the inner hole for ease of use

This sprocket is just the right size for some standard 1hp motors. With a keyway already cut, this product is ready to go for mounting.Pros: There is very little slack between a new chain and this sprocket. It glides on the chain. It has 10 teeth and a 3/4" bore which fit a variety of electric or gas powered motors. It comes with 2 set screw positions and is cut for a key. It is also blued and lightly oiled on delivery.Cons: Can't think of anything!
