I was experiencing the condenser fan working sporadically. I tested the capacitor and it was within range. I went ahead and swapped out the cap with no change. I removed the board from the unit and found a dead lizard trapped behind it. I believe his left testicle touched, and shorted the board. Installed this new board a month ago and it's working perfectly.

Worked perfectly in my 16 year old Rheem heat pump. Solved issue of an electrical short that was frying 24V transformers, and also no more running outside to push the reset button button on the heat pump on days when it is particularly struggling.

ckt board worked great. it was up graded which threw in an additional set of wires, otherwise it would have been an exact replacement.
