Rocker arm is a reciprocating lever used in an internal combustion engine. Rocker arms are typically located between the pushrod and intake and exhaust valves. They are pushed and pulled by pushrods to “rock” up and down, opening and closing the exhaust valve and intake valve of the combustion chamber on engines with a camshaft below the engine.
Features:
The spherical surface design at the bottom of the tappet part of the rocker arm kit makes it contact with the spherical surface at the lower end of the push rod to reduce wear.
Replacement Conditions:
With broken or loose rocker arms,the exhaust valves and intake valves can't function correctly and the cylinder associated with the faulty rocker arm will be disabled. This will ultimately limit the performance of your engine and your ability to drive the car smoothly and safely. So please replace failed rocker arms asap.

These do not have the smaller oil holes to increase oil pressure. If you have a 200k+ Engine look for the kit with the smaller holes to help keep oil pressure up in older engines.

So far have no noise in engine no more. So far good product it fixed the problem.
