This was awesome for the first 25 days that it worked, then out of the blue Car link stopped working completely and only says verification approved, so I have no apple car play now which was the purpose I bought this for. And there is no way to contact the distributor for troubleshooting. The only way I can figure they will see what I say is this review. I don’t have a code to get in the factory setting to do a reset on the machine. It was easy to install but the instructions weren’t helpful.

After seeing countless others and the prices I was skeptical. Very shocked how nice this is. No delay when touching the screen, response time is just like using my iPhone. You can watch YouTube, use google, and customize just about anything. Easy to install with some of the YouTube videos out there. Put mine in a 2015 Jeep Wrangler JK.If you install and you do not have any sound, make sure you connect the “No Amp” or “With Amp” plug (it depends on what type of speakers your car has, Amp is amplifier) it’s the only other plug from the wire harness that fits into the “No Amp” or “With Amp” slot. You will have a couple loose plugs where nothing will be connected to it.

This was a fairly easy install. It did take some modification for me. The wiring was easy, everything you need is provided. You will have to run the wires for the back up camera and the microphone. All wires are labeled and easy to understand.The screen looks great and is bright, but dims with headlight switch, even shows up on the screen if you have a door open. The GPS works great, I had to run the wire under the dash and came up by the drivers door. Easy to navigate and I’m still learning things about it. Bluetooth works great and is easy to setup.I had to trim my dash faceplate a little to fit the mounting bracket, it was just a little and very easy to do. There are a lot of wires, but it was so easy, don’t be intimidated at all. Great function and install, recommend for a nice upgrade.

Very glad to get this new head unit replacement for Dodge Ram. I especially like its big 10.2" touch screen. In addition, the following features are very helpful:One - This head unit screen also supports Steering wheel control. We can control the stereos via SWC buttons: such as answering calls, adjust volumes, change musics and videos. Safer driving without any distraction. It allows drivers to stay focused and in control while enjoying the features at our fingertips.Two - Its carplay radio supports a split-screen function, we can run two apps at the same time, such as maps and video, or maps and music.Three - Using Android 13 System, with a 4GB RAM and 32GB ROM, we'll have plenty of room to store favorite music, apps, and media files. This big memory allows low or no lag while streaming.This is a very good Dodge Ram radio head unit replacement.

The DSP sound quality on this radio is top-notch, making my road trips in the 2010 RAM so much more enjoyable.
