We bought these for a great price on Amazon. After watching a YouTube video they were easy to install. They fit perfectly.

Both rear and passenger actuator works, the driver side actuator was defective. It keeps unlocking the door when being closed.

This item has a very low quality spring in it so with any pressure on the door, it gets jammed making the outside handle not work. You have to push on the door and then pull the handle to make it open. I had no problem at all with my previous actuator regarding the door handle.I was replacing my actuator because the door LOCK stopped working, so buying this one I just traded one problem for another. Now the door handle won't open the door unless you push on the door to keep the pressure off of the actuator. I compared it to my original one that came with the Lexus and the spring mechanism on the original is much better. This spring is so weak that it practically uses gravity to make it open.

Super easy installation. All 4 doors now work with key and power lock buttons! Far less expensive than OEM.

2012 4Runner SR5, so far so good and looks just like the originals! One word of advice though, putting rear door panels back on can be very frustrating so I would highly suggest removing the weatherstrip at the top which is held by three tabs. Put that back on the door itself first lined up properly and the door panel will snap back in a lot easier.
