Gear was not set in neutral from factory so would not connect to my transfer case. Had to send back and reorder from a different company

This transfer case motor installed easy although I did need to reuse my original bolts due to the ones that were included not being long enough. So far it seems to function properly. I haven’t had any issues after installing it.

Like others have said, the bolts are too short so I just reused the old ones. Works perfectly, haven’t had any issues with it.

It worked great . at no fault of the product if your truck had a bad actuator more than likely the transfer case is in 2 wd and the actuator comes in nutral. All you need to do to get the gear to line up to transfer case is turn transfercase gear down you will have to more than likely use pliers to manually shift transfercase in neutral

bolts give you are usless they wont go through the motor case way to SHORT not sure if working right
