Edit 01/13/25: Customer service reached out to fix the situation. I have received the missing items and now my order is complete. Due to the responsive customer service to remediate the situation with the missing items, the throne that I received first seems to be good quality, the initial shipping was faster than the expected delivery date, and that I am happy with the quality of the items I received, I am going to change this review from 1 to 4 starts.The reason I am not giving five stars is because of the initial issue with this order that you can read below.Regarding the items, I am a beginner so I can't judge super well, but it all seemed sturdy and good quality. The stand seems to hold it well without getting loose and moving the pad down. I am happy with the items.-------------------Initial reviewI received a box with the throne and one pair of the drumming sticks. It is missing the case, 2 pairs of the sticks, the drum practice pad and the stand for it. Completely false advertisement. This posting is completely wrong.The throne seems to have good quality, but not for the price that I paid. I thought I was getting a deal with this set, and now I have to deal with the hassle to return it in an UPS store.This is super disappointing! I wish I could give zero stars.
