It works fine, but the board itself doesn't really fit into the case all that well or stay in place, so once I got it to fit correctly, I hot glued it into lace

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Purchasers the part put it in wasn’t sure the problem this part worked worse then the old one which is 30 years old. I took it to the local dealer to have both boards tested low and behold the 30 year old board is still good this crap was trash never used before new out of the box and doesn’t work Junk Junk Junk!!!!

I came to the conclusion that my suburban water heater needed a new control board after trying a few other things. Looks like those boards go out all the time on the water heaters, so I figured buying a non-OEM part was worth a shot. Can’t say anything about longevity, but it was plug and play and it worked right away.I’ll update if anything happens in the future, but seems to be working great so far!

This board does not function correctly. It sparks and ignites the main flame, but does not sense the flame. It then shuts the gas valve off, and repeats this cycle. I worked on industrial boilers for my living, and know how to diagnose these issues. I ended up buying the factory board from Suburban, which functions properly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BOARD.

After reading reviews I still decided to order this part over $140 dollar one form the RV shop. Got it plugged in hit the switch and before I could get out of the camper it was already working
