This camera worked flawlessly for about 1 year and then quit working because it would not connect to the router. Several attempts were made to reconnect, but I was unsuccessful. I reached out to customer service and they were very responsive and tried to help with the problem. We were never able to get the camera working, so customer service offered a 30% discount for the purchase of a new, upgraded version of the camera.

Camera is awesome! Very clear. Unfortunately the first one stopped working but the seller was great at troubleshooting and then sending me a second one. Would highly recommend.

So I have purchased six of these cameras and so far so good I'm extremely satisfied with them specially since I live near power wires above ground and the cameras do fine clear picture clear audio the best out of all the other cameras that I've had used this bar I will purchase many more thanks for a great camera cameras 2G 5G works on both networks best of all I can have all 6 cameras veiw at the same time on my phone

The features and IOS app are good. I purchase 3 new cameras because I liked the first one, I bought couple years ago. I have replaced all 3 under Amazon warranty. They all have issues binding and plastic rubbing with horizontal movements. One was so bad that I could hear it inside a closed house squeaking. The replacements have the same issues.

This camera works great. I watch my dogs my foster pups when they are outside.Great camera thank you. Love that is is movable, my last camera stayed in one place.

This is my first camera so I have nothing to compare it to. Three weeks in…Pros:1) Price2) Installation (I’m a 62 year young lady and easily drilled the holes and mounted it outside). I ran the power wire through a door for now and it’s working great.3) WiFi connectivity. My camera is mounted outdoors and connected to my indoor modem. It showed 100% when I was setting it up outdoors. 70% installed outdoors. Works fine.4) The app controlled features are cool. I have tried manually capturing video, turning on the light, moving the camera around (the range is amazing), and two way talk. All work great. Note that they seem to work better when I’m on WiFi than when I’m using cell service away from home.5). Don’t know if I’ll need it, but I subscribed to the $30/yr cloud storage.6) The motion detector and alert seem to work great. The weird thing is that it doesn’t alert or capture a pic until the person is out of the car. Same thing with the light. It doesn’t come on when a car pulls in; only when it detects a person. I don’t know if that’s a feature control I haven’t figured out yet or what.7) Never have to change a battery or pull an SD card.8) I’ve had no motion alerts for the cats or chickens that wander across my driveway multiple times each day.Cons:1) Only one phone can use the full feature app per camera. I guess it makes sense because you couldn’t have two phones manually telling it what to do. There is a way, according to the manual, to share the live feed with another phone. I haven’t taken the time to figure that out yet.2) No battery means no cam in a power outage.3) The motion detector feature that makes the camera follow the person works, but not great. But the camera cost less than $30 so…4) I’m having issues with the electric circuit switching off intermittently since I installed the camera. Could be a personal problem with my house’s electrical set up. IDK.5) The siren and audio warning/strobe light features are pretty weak.Questions:Not sure how it’s going to work in winter. After three weeks, I had my first false motion alerts yesterday during our first snowfall. But it was only two so IDK? It seems that icy weather will freeze it and we’ll lose the awesome range to move it left and right and up and down, but that is yet to be determined.

My husband first purchased one of your products back in May 2023 and we wanted to use it in the front yard to monitor activity since we live on a pretty busy street and we don’t have a fence to keep the wandering passenger out of the yard. we loved it so much that I bought one for our driveway our second purchase, which is what I’m reviewing now. I’ve had this camera for a couple months now and it has definitely done its job detecting people, and or animals that would otherwise be in the wrong place. Not to mention alerts me when the Amazon driver is coming so that way I can ensure my dog is inside because we all know just like with the mailman, a Amazon delivery drivers are dogs worst enemy well at least mine anyways lol. I recently purchased another one on my husbands Amazon account to go on the other side of our house because we had noticed that there was a lot of activity on that side of the house and we couldn’t necessarily see where they were getting in so we just purchased our third camera and although the third camera is different as far as resolution quality, it’s still does the same thing, still has the motion tracking, has the overhead light that pops on when motion is detected, has the alarm sound which while it’s not loud, it is enough to get somebody to kinda look up gonna be aware of the camera.All in all this is a really good camera, and if you buy the memory card to go into the little slot, you can actually save the video in the photographs that it obtains, especially if something goes missing from your yard and you see the person taking it or if you just can’t remember where you left your keys 😂.Another thing that should be noted. The app you use is great you can set it up on your phone. Create a “family” group and share it with your spouse or children. Also it runs off of wifi and plus into an outlet for ease and can move it anywhereA lot of features with sensitivity for motion. I will say the motion feature is so good it picks up every little thing even on the lowest setting, so be sure to set yours to your liking.Oh before I forget you also gotta reach out to their customer service team. They are amazing. Extremely helpful and even gave me a tip to set up the human detection feature on the camera to eliminate so many “ghost” motion detection alerts.Go buy this camera.
