The build quality of this set is spot on! It functions very well and has a great level of heat. I've used this at camp to make home made fries and to boil lobster. This is a great value for the money and extremely to assemble and use.

Used it to fry 2 turkeys on two separate days. Strong burner, easy to hook up, and easy to clean. The only downfall I have observed is the lid cannot be all the way on while the thermometer is being used. Would have liked to see a small notch on the lid to allow this.
