I would give this 5 stars but the plastic spacer plate between the carb and the engine snapped on one of the mounting holes because it was too tight of a fit once it got all the way toward the bottom of the mounting studs. The gasket for that plate too ripped at one of the holes but toward the outside of it so it still worked fine. Other than that it started up first try. Would recommend.

This was used on a 621e toro snowblower. Perfect match, all parts included were a match for the original. Bolted the replacement on and it started right up, ran better than it has in 10 years. Would recommend for anyone having starting problems with their snowblower,easy economical fix.

The primer button does not fit 621E and the retaining clip is broken off in the box anyway

Just bolted right up. Included fuel filter and all gaskets and primer. Also intake spacer and spark plug.

Husband's comments: box was crushed, plastic nipple on primer was broken, carburetor worked fine except that it pissed fuel all over driveway.

Bought to replace the carb on my toro 621E snowblower. Original carb was too far gone due to ethanol damage. Swapped this in and it surges while running, tried playing with the mixture screw, and even swapped the original main and secondary jets in with no difference. My guess is that some of the passages aren’t the proper size or out of tolerance to allow enough fuel flow through.
