After I determined that my furnace had a bad control board, I was a little apprehensive about buying a used one at nearly a 40% savings over new. However, the many notes and cards within the packaging saying that if I have any problems to contact the seller directly assuaged my concerns. I installed the control board, my furnace worked fine and I did not have call the seller. Happy ending.
