On the specific Harley, this may be great, IDK. I have a 1978 Honda. To get it to work I had to modify it slightly. This has a lip on the edge that faces your bike. That edge is razor sharp. You could bend it in on itself, but I actually cut it off with a Dremel. That may cause it to rust, so I put door trim on it. Now it functions much better and hugs my headlight just right.
