I purchased one of these several years ago from my local Michael's and really like it and thought another one would make a sort of bookend arrangement. This items had numerous broken and detached pieces and the upper door sticks and doesn't rotate smoothly. It was in it's original foam packaging and box, but it's clear it was either damaged in shipping or the seller packed and mailed it knowing very well the pieces were broken.I do like the sound effects, lighting and movement--when it works--and the reflecting paint adds a nice touch. I can reglue the loose pieces and my husband thinks he can repair the door so it rotates smoothly, but I am disappointed.
