This item is advertised as new but it does not come in the outer box, clearly has been opened and is broken. There is a sticker on the item that says it did not come with an outer box from the manufacturer that year which is a lie because I have seen the same item for sale in the regular box they all come in

Item was packaged well and as described, and arrived even earlier than expected. Was exactly what I was looking for for a Halloween loving friend's birthday! She set it up in her salon upon opening the box.
