This worked great. It was a direct replacement and needed nothing more to install. The cable moves freely and seems to work great. It doesn't stick when shifting and moved freely when put in gear. Great product.

Although this is a review of a free product, I give you my word that my reviews will always be unbiased and truthful.I have been gathering the parts needed for my annual Winter service on my boat. As my existing lower shift cable is at least a good ten years old, I figured that I would change it out this year. I have don't it in the past, and while it wasn't my favorite chore to do, it wasn't too bad. This kit comes with all of the parts you will need to do a complete job. I check the parts over, and they seems to be of good quality. If you take your time, watch a couple YouTube videos, and are a competent DIYer, you can easily do this repair.
