As a maker of sawdust, I subscribe to the belief that a few more clamps can never hurt. Some clamps even have unique features, like the ability to hold 2 piece of wood at a right angle to eachother. This set gives you two sets of 4 right angle braces in two different sizes, along with 8 clamps, so you can realistically use 4 at a time.These are plastic, but adequately rigid and shouldn't deflect under most use cases. They clamps are sturdy and the star knobs easy to use. They're a little smaller than you might think - check the pic for size relative to a standard tennis ball. They would probably be ok for cabinetry work, but they would likely excel for smaller woodworking projects. The smaller size in particular would be great for model building or small boxes.The price seems right, with these being a reasonable value for a set of 8. I appreciate the flexibility of the two sizes and the precision of how they're put together. The included box is also nice. This might make a nice gift for a family member who does some precision model building.

T,heses are cheap, easy to use, and anyone doing frames needs them. Not even frames gluing 90% corners. Not a lot to say a simple but effective tool and it comes in a clear case for storage. Great deal
