When inspecting the parts I determined the standoffs that are held into to mounting foot is under flaired and allows standoff to be pulled off of foot. This is a structural failure that can cause bodily injury. I would not purchase this ladder until the manufacture implements quality control in their manufacturing processes.

I modified it to go on the upper roof of my barn to easily get on upper part of the barn roof. Easily held a 200 LBS man.
