These shoes were recommended as fitting a 2003 Toyota Tundra and I can't speak to there lasting qualities but i can comment on the fit. I spent about an hour trying to figure out why my auto adjusters wouldn't fit properly until I looked closer at the shoe compared to the original shoe. The notch for the adjusters is not wide enough for the Toyota adjuster. I had to take my cut off tool and widen the gap to get the adjusters to go in all the way. While they do fit otherwise, this is a problem if you can't make the gap wider.

These ACDelco Gold 17764B brake shoes needed to grinded down to make the Drum Brake Adjusting Screw fit in the opening. Your brakes will not function properly if this is not done. Buy a different brand instead.

The brake shoes are good except for the brake adjuster cut outs, I had to file them down just a bit to make them fit, otherwise good quality shoes.

I had to file down the wheel cylinder connection slot to make them fit my 2005 Toyota Tundra. Even though they are classified as a proper fit I would suggest ordering something else. It took a while (lost time) to figure out why they weren't fitting correctly. Buy something else. The problem with having to file them down to make them fit is that you expose metal for corrosion.

Used these for a shoe replacement on my 2005 Toyota Tundra. The quality was fine. All necessary dowel posts were already pressed in place making it pretty easy swap into the drum housing. These AC Delco shoes have a lifetime warranty, so make sure you keep the paperwork that comes with them.
