I purchased this to replace my old original MC when doing an overhaul of my Camaro brakes. I have now tried two of these (sent it back for replacement) and neither of them provide any pressure to the rear brakes after proper installation. I have bench bleed multiple times and bled on the car and it will not build pressure. I have confirmed that the new MC is the issue, as my old one will work just fine. The fronts work perfectly fine but I lose half of my pedal travel when only the fronts work. At this point I will be keeping my old one on the car.

After replacing the brake master cylinder in my Trans Am 3 times in 12 years, I decided to go with a NEW product instead of a reman from the local parts stores. This one bench bled fine and went in easy. With an air assisted brake bleeding tool and a full bottle of fluid, I was able to complete the job in a couple of hours. No issues and the car stops quick. For folks who have never replaced one of these, note that the brakes will not pump up (car running or not) with air in the lines. (The pedal will drop to the floor, every time.) You must bleed all 4 wheels properly before this will pump up with pressure. It works great and fit great. Here's to hoping it lasts.
