I do love these. Taking off a little "weight" piece is easy, putting one on is not. So my suggestion is find how you like, because it's going to remain that way ... at least for me. But on a whole, these are great for wrists and ankles. Stays velcro'd without issue.

These are not clunky. They fit snug without being tight. Very easy to put on and take off. Id recommend these

The materials are so soft on these weights. The velcro straps are super easy to use and they also have nice elastic bands that allow for sretching. The price is good too for this set. I think that as long as the velcro holds up these should last a very long time.
