I recently transitioned to an at-home job with a variable schedule. As a result, I became more sedentary and had trouble fitting traditional exercise into my day. I've been using these weights for some time now, and while there are some caveats, there are plenty of benefits to point out as well. I love that these weights come with an elastic closure. It helps make sure that it fits regardless of where and when I wear the weights--from on my ankles, to arms, to wrists. Because of the shape of the weights, it's easy to remove unnecessary weight. This is such a fabulous item to add to your health and wellness routine.

Nice wrist and ankle weights.. I made the mistake and thought I was going to be getting two because it keep picturing two. So my subconscious keep thinking that.. when in fact it comes as only one. BUT they do offer a 2 pack which is cheaper than buying single, which I did in the end. I would buy them again.

Really happy with this purchase! The weights are soft, adjustable, and stay in place. They’ve made my yoga practice a lot more effective.

It’s great looking.. but I didn’t see it was only one weight. So I had to order a 2nd one.

Love cost, but need better quality band. It's not fiting right for my small wrist. I'm having to wrap a few times, pass it under and over to get velcro to work and its not a good look. U have to also remove weights and then it's just the elastic. Watch out as it is only 1 delivered. I had to reorder to get one for each wrist. Why sell 1 if it's a wrist weight? Kinda deceptive to show a lower price
