BAL X-Chock Tire Locking Chock starts off where the Deluxe Tire Locking Chock left off but it’s new, slimmer design will fit into more axle applications. It fits between tandem tires, it locks wheels by applying force to both tires. Aids in trailer stabilizing and prevents tire shifts. A hand-operated plated ratchet wrench turns a drive nut, extending the chocks against the tires for locking and retracting the chucks for removal. Provides added stabilization and prevents tire shifts by applying opposing force to tandem, tire applications. As opposed to other chocks, the X-Chock works with the tires natural movement instead of against them. Fits even the tightest of applications retracting down to 1 3/8-inch and extends to 10-inch. Rust inhibitive coating. Plated ratchet wrench with comfort bumper included. Lightweight, easy to store. Lockable for added security with optional 28015 Pad Lock. Made in the USA.

Xchock easy to use. I use for tires on leveling blocks and can’t use wedge chocks. The little ratchet included works ok but is kind of slow - so when I’m ready to take down I only retract just enough to free, and store in that position saving time to redeploy next setup.

Keeps wheels in place, much better and easier to use than chock blocks

They went between the tires nicely. Bought them right before a hurricane hit. The trailer was still there whether they helped that or not I'll never know but I'm happy with them. Seem to be made well. They come one single one. Stupid me was thinking a pair for some reason but plain as day in the instructions so that's my bad.

Had my eye on these for some time. Decided to try one and now I ask why I did not buy these earlier. I believe they are much more stable than the yellow plastic wheel chocks that I used in the past. I only use one and think that is all I need. They are easy to put in place with the provided ratchet. Been using for about a year and they show no signs of any rust.

We had our original set for many, many years until we accidentally ran over one. Collapses to fit between our two tires that are 3 inches apart. They do the job.

Do it! Don't even think twice about it, just hit that yellow add to cart button and impatiently wait for them to come home! My only problem with them is I didn't get them sooner and had a few trips wobbly camping trips (not from drinking wobbly pops either)! They lock the trailer down and make it so solid. My trailer is a little higher off the ground and my landing gear/stabilizer jacks get extended down pretty far. My trailer moved so much and these wedges I tried didn't work. I was worried that we were going to end up buckling the stabilizer jacks when the trailer was...well, when it was in use! These things changed my life. I am now much younger, better looking, and have all the best stuff that money can buy! Well, I have the best tire locking chocks that money can buy...the other stuff I kind of made up. Hey, Don't judge! Haaha, fun little moment and hopefully made you smile. It really is a great product and I really do love the quality, the simplicity and ease, and especially how well the work! Oh, make sure you get one for each side. I'm glad I remembered that part. I almost ruined lives!

Trailer - 18' Enclosed Motorcycle Trailer, Dual Axle, 15" Wheels.Yes I have a tongue lock. Yes I have receiver lock. Yes I have door locks. But what about just a little more added security? Ta-Daaa, a chock that locks!!!! I know there are ways around any security system, no matter how advanced but your average slime ball just isn't gonna risk winding up in the hospital or jail with what I hope is just one more deterrent keeping them there long enough for me or the law to show up. For their sake they will prefer if it's the law. You do however need to supply your own lock. But for me, I bought a two pack and use the same key to unlock the tongue lock too.I also like that since I park my trailer at the top of a hill at home that it will always be there when I get back. The chock does work well. It is very easy to use. It really locks the two tires together making the trailer virtually immobile. I should have bought two. One is enough, but two is just better. I am OCD though, so.....I highly recommend this product for two reasons, security, and functionality. It does both very well.

I like this chock a lot. The Amazon image shows it almost fully extended, but it can compress to fit easily between the two tires on your RV/trailer. Simply use the enclosed rachet, and screw it open. Presto - you're chocked!I use a socket and a cordless drill to extend my stabilizer jacks, and the same socket fits this chock. Talk about convenience! The screw-head has holes which can accomodate a padlock. BAL sells one for this chock, but I found that a normal padlock (skinny u-clasp, slightly longer than a 'normal' padlock) can work just fine.My wife accidentally tried moving our trailer with the chock still in place, and after a foot or so the chock was ejected from between the tires. A small cotter-pin broke, and BAL sent me a new one for free. What service!Consider buying the 2-pack, and use one on each side. I've tested it, and two chocks DOES provide more stability inside the trailer than a single chock. Although, if you don't care about the extra stability, ONE chock WILL keep your trailer from rolling away.Sure, the traditional wedge-shaped block of plastic will work just fine. But I've seen those blow away if they weren't kicked in hard enough, and nothing would keep someone from stealing them. This chock works better and it can be locked.I would definately buy this again.
