It was easy to assemble and fill. We have rolled our yard that had three large pine trees removed and stumps and roots ground out, top soil brought in and seed and straw put down 7 weeks ago. Grass is growing but ground was lumpy. Had to wait for it to rain to make it roll better with softer dirt but it looks much better. We have rolled several times and need to roll some more. This roller was smaller than I anticipated but we are getting the job done with it.

First a small criticism. As others have pointed out the plug is lame and it leaks. Ok, no big deal but it is distracting. The good news is this item was shipped super fast by the seller, easy to quickly assemble. You need the patience to fill with water as it takes a while and I am not a patient person. he he.... Just the right size and weight to do a great job. My little riding mower pulls it no problem and I did not have a problem turning. (it will be a problem if I was trying a zero turn, but I did not need that. I highly recommend this product and this seller!

This showed up with scratches all over it and marks from where whom ever tried to clean it did a poor job getting the cleaning solution off. Seems like a used return trying to be passed off as new.Easy to assemble: yes it is fairly easy to assemble but the design of the indents in the metal where the bolt head goes prevents you from getting a good grip on the head because it gets sucked down into the metal as it tightens and pulls away from where a wrench fits.Easy to use: the design of the handle with the attachment for the lawn mower is not designed well. If the lawn mower hitch was not bolted to the handle and instead attached with a pin you could swivel it out of the the way.Value for money: If it was actually a new item when it arrived I wouldn't have an issue here

Easy to put together, just needed 2nd person to hold the drum during fixing. Seems well built. Only done small patch repair on lawn. But got bigger areas to do next. Weight of roller drum is 250lbs when filled with water. Nice and wide fits well and pulls well with ride on mower. What I really like is it doubles up as a hand roller.

Very easy to assemble and good weight when filled. Not the heaviest roller but for what we needed it works well, leveling new soil after minor works to paddock, etc. Hasn't leaked yet!

The roller was easy to assemble, and it works well for the purpose I intended - flattening mole runs in my yard. When filled with water it weighs around 300 lbs, which I can push around the yard without too much effort, and it is adequate to flatten the mole runs. Construction is solid and well thought-out. The filler stop is effective and easy to use - similar to the drain plugs used in small boat transoms. Bolts have a neoprene insert that keeps them snug. I am very pleased with this purchase and recommend this unit highly.

Exploded view of parts provided plenty of information to assemble the roller. I filled it a little at a time to see how much effort it took to push or pull it. Eventually I filled it all the way and still had a simple job rolling and turning it. The plug is the type that can be adjusted for tightness by rotating the lever before camming it down. I left the hitch "U" off for manual rolling, which made it clean and injury-free. Did it solve the bumps in the lawn? Well, it will probably take several uses to get the lawn as smooth as I would like.

Very quick delivery for an item like this. Very easy to put together. Looks like a very built item. I like that the roller itself is plastic know that it will not rust. When empty it is not heavy so storing it will be easy. I’m sure that when I fill it with water the weight of 113 kgs will flatten my lawn. Easy hitch to my tractor.

Moles have been a constant problem... tearing up my yard. I think that I have the mole problem fixed and wanted to accomplish two things with the AgriFab Roller... level my yard and the mole runs, and be able to check to confirm my mole problem has been handled.I got the AgriFab in yesterday, ran my sprinklers this morning early, and using the AgriFab Roller after the sprinklers cut off, rolled my front, sides and back yard. It seems to have worked. It was easy to use (I have the 24" x 250LB one) and I pushed it... no tractor. No leaks, rolled easily, the handle was easy to use/hold and I both pushed and pulled without any issues. Got my workout (kinda) too!Drained it and put it up.

+ mit 60cm ordentlich breit+ im leeren Zustand verhältnismäßig leicht+ solide erscheinende Konstruktion+ kann man von Hand führen und auch hinter einem Rasentraktor schleppen- Der Zylinder der ersten gelieferten Walze war schlecht zusammengeschweißt und leider nicht so zylindrisch, wie er es sein müsste, damit die Walze so funktioniert, wie sie es sollte. Die Walze würde sich einseitig in den Boden drücken, was für die Erstellung eines Feinplanum überhaupt nicht geht!!!!Fazit: Nochmal bestellen und hoffen, dass diesmal die Qualität stimmt.

The lawn roller arrived today. Assembly took about one-half hour with common hand tools. For ease of assembly I recommend that you use a 1/2 inch socket and a 3/8 in ratcheting wrench. A 1/2 inch open/box end wrench is also recommended. For the latter a crescent wrench may be substituted.The construction of the roller is of a hard plastic. The frame is of tubular steel and very strong. The frame will not bend on turns as been noted with other rollers. The roller is black and should not be left out in the sun as the plastic may overheat and deform. If water is in the drum then it may heat substantially with the chance of deforming the drum. I plan to store the roller by hanging it in my high ceiling garage by a rope and pulley arrangement.The lawn soil must be moist and warm, in my opinion, to get best results otherwise I would not expect significant flattening of my frost heaved lawn. The roller may be push/pulled by hand in those areas a lawn mower/tractor can not access. A successful rolling will be followed by a core aeration to eliminate/reduce any compacting of the soil.I will finish the review after using the lawn roller, hopefully in the next few days.

My wife and I needed to put in a new lawn as the old one was over 25 years old and gophers and weeds finally won the battle so we started over. We had to rearrange the sprinkler system and rototil the area three times. Once leveling was done we put down the seed and topper and put together the roller which took all of fifteen min. While I put the finishing touches on the topper my wife filled the roller. It worked great and in no time the job was finished. The roller arrived a day ahead of time and was so easy to put together. There was no sign of the drum leaking or any kind of leaking. It was easy to use and for the price you just can't beat this deal. Thank you Amazon for having this vender and thank Agri-fab for making a great product.butch

Sono rimasto deluso dalla poca serietà del fornitore, visto che dopo 3 settimane di attesa, non avendo visto traccie del pacco, ho chiesto opportunamente delle notizie sulla data di consegna.Mi hanno risposto che l'oggetto non poteva essere spedito dall'Inghilterra via Royal mail per non so quale motivo e che si sarebbero occupati loro di farsi arrivare il rullo in Irlanda dove presumo abbia sede l'azienda fornitrice, per poi inviarlo direttamente in Italia.........................
