Instruction:
Before installing your new regulator/rectifier:
1.Check the AC output of the stator;
2.Replace any burned or corroded connectors on stator and regulator/rectifier;
3.Check and repair any melted wiring;
4.Use high temp dielectric grease on all connectors.

I installed this rectifier thinking the rectifier was the issue related to hard start on my grizzly 700. Did not solve the issue and finally found that one of the magnet in my starter motor was broken. So installed a brand new battery and atv was able to start and run fine. Couple months later, I have a new issue , now my atv will not start after a couple of days with out usage. I decided to take a look and found a .09 amp draw, after sone diagnostic, discovered that this rectifier was the issue, went back to eom yamaha rectifier, now everything work and the battery drain is gone (no amp draw when key is off). Stay away for this part failed and it’s not even 1 year old.

It only worked for 900 km’s, then quit. Replaced it with a Oem Yamaha grizzly 700 regulator rectifier. Don’t wast your money and time on this product.
