I bought 3 months ago for my husband to use at night, since he's always warm during the summer. At first it seemed to work well, but disappointed the water reservoir didn't last thru the night. NOW it barely uses ANY water! The level will be down maybe 1-1.5 inches in the morning. So it's basically useless & just a fan with no cooling benefit any longer.

My bedroom is sweaty hot. I put this unit near my bed and sleep like a charm each night.

Nice cooling gadget for one person sitting at the desk, its like a fan and you can use it with or without water. To make the most of the cooling effect put many ice cubes inside, sufficient to run at half speed so its not too loud.
