Listing shows 3 1/4 opening but they are barely 3 inches. Had to return them. Should correctlisting or send correct size opening.

I had a regular strap over the top and a rubber strap under the bottom of my boots, and within a few short hours of non-continuous usage, one af the rivets popped out of the hanger. The hangers seem to be made out of to mild of a metal to deal with the forces I would expect a spur to be able to handle. While I know that 45 dollars isn't all that expensive for a spur, I would expect them not to fall apart on the first day.
