The finest saxophone reeds made today. Great cane that produces excellent results. The Double Cut reed is a bit darker sounding than the standard.

I was a little reluctant to follow the recommended break-in procedure, but decided that I would do it anyway. Well, I'm really glad that I did. I didn't particularly like these reeds out of the box, but after break-in and continued use, I really like the tone that I get and the response of the reeds. I'm getting a full, rich tone without being stuffy. I'm finding that I can really push things without my sound getting too edgy. Only time will tell how many "keepers" I'll get from each box of 5, but so far 3 out of the first 4 reeds play well and the 4th reed is getting better.
