I ordered this product three seperate times. The first two times it was sent back before it was able to be delivered due to it either missing completely, or being damaged. It finally showed up after three separate purchases and it is what it's supposed to be. Not sure why this is shipped with a thin plastic cap holding it in. No wonder it falls out when shipped. The image attached shows how close it was to coming out again. Actual product is 5 stars, but the whole process of ordering and receiving the item is 2 stars.

All that got here was the tube it was shipped in. The plastic cap had a hole in it and the shaft was missing.
