Are you looking for a United States 3x5 Flag that stands out among the competition? If you you may want to consider the JPorton US Flag. According to the packaging, it is made in the US, FMAA certified, and has embroidered stars and sewn stripes.The length and width is accurate to 3 foot by 5 foot. The color is vibrant and matches the shades of red and blue for an official US flag. However, upon closer inspection, I have to question the authenticity of the US-made and FMAA certification. Nowhere on the flag itself does it have these tags, and after looking closer at the flag itself, it may be due to the fact that it is not either. The only canvas is the header, and although the stripes are sewn and the stars are embroidered, the stitching is uneven and poking out on various places within the flag body. Likewise, the brass grommets may be brass, but they're far inferior to prior FMAA certified flags I've owned being lightweight, sharp edged, and slightly off color. Finally, the stripes are made of very thin polyester--you literally can see right through it (see photo). I don't believe this is really tearproof, as the fabric is ultra thin.Only time will tell to the quality if it lives up to the advertising. However, if you're looking for a colorfast, true colored, true sized 3x5 US flag that's lightweight, this is probably going to meet your needs. I recommend only if your expectations have been set prior to purchase.

I have tried many different flags over the years from various sources/ retailers etc. So far this flag far exceeds all the others with its vibrant colors and its durability. It hold up real well during heavy winds and rainy conditions. I am very happy with my purchase.

We have been flying this American Flag from JPorton for almost two months now through some heavy rain and wind, and so far it is holding up well. We have not had any problems with tearing and the stitching seems strong. The fabric itself is a little thin so I'm not sure what the life of the flag will be long-term, but considering we have to replace our flags about every 6 months with any brand we buy, it seems about average.Although other reviewers have mentioned this flag being made in the U.S., it doesn't say that anywhere in the listing. In fact, under product information, the country of origin is China. If it is made in the U.S., they need to advertise better.
