I would purchase this with caution. First of all the overall fit and finish are great. The problems however far out weigh the pros.1. The FM reception is horrible2. There is basically zero instructions or customer support. The actual installation is easy. The problem is with programming and integrating the voice and call buttons on the steering wheel. They require rewiring from original APIM module. This is not written anywhere. It took me analyzing the original Ford schematics to figure it out.Programming the audio buttons was easy however, which was done via the touchscreen.3. The radio volume increments are very widely spaced. For example having the volume on low or 1 is equivalent to like 6 on the oe radio. Much too loud for being on 1.4. Again referencing the lack of instructions for setup and programming.5. Integrating the climate control was easy and worked well.I would look elsewhere. I ultimately returned this item as it was very glitchy.

I don't usually write reviews but regarding this product I couldn't leave it out. I am very impressed with the quality of this radio, all the functions work as they should, the climate controls that were previously manual are now all digital, integrated into the system. I added a SIM Card without any problem and now I have internet everywhere.The Installation was quite simple, no wires were cut and it worked from the first power.This is my first time using an Android radio, I know I still have a lot to learn about all the endless features of this radio.I left the words about customer support for last. There are no words to express how well I was and am being served, they respond quickly to all questions with all the help requested. Congratulations to customer support, you guys are rock star.I’m very confident to referral this vendor and their product.

I had a perfectly fine working Phoenix automotive stereo, but I want to change my blendoor actuator and decided to get a new radio. This was the biggest mistake ever This unit does not communicate with the canvas of my truck. Therefore, there is no climate control or volume. It's basically a tablet hooked up to power I did this in the middle of the summer and have no a/c i cannot use Perfectly fine air conditioner because no canbus communication. Contacted customer Service exchange numerous emails Service exchange numerous emails. And they gave me the runaround. I have not yet resolved. Not compatible with sync 2

I loved the stereo when I first bought it. It's been 8 months and now it has quit working. I have reached out to customer service and they sent an update which failed to fix the problem and they said it's out of the window to return or replace and suggested taking it to a radio store. After spending almost $1000 on this stereo and it not even lasting a year I do not want to put more money into it. For the price of this unit it should last way longer. I would not recommend it.

This thing is now what I like the most about my 2012 f150. It really makes the truck seem like a much newer truck. All the features work as they are supposed to accept for the SIM card did not work. I have Verizon wireless and it didn't work at all, in fact the SIM card slot even with the different inserts you can use to change the size still didn't fit right. It comes from China so not surprising. So I have an old cell phone that I use as a spare and I just keep it in the truck to use it as a hotspot and it works great. Love the product though can't say enough how I would do it all over again without hesitation!

Expected to send it back due to issue or faultiness but works well. Confirmed plug & play. Steering wheel controls, HVAC, and seat ventilation all work.Complaints are erroneous due to the low price.Glitches and requires rebooting once or twice a month. Response time is negligible.
