The Beltwell Foot & Ankle Compression Wraps offer a great alternative to traditional compression socks for those dealing with edema, lymphedema, swelling, neuropathy, diabetic foot care, or circulation issues. Pulling on compression socks can be a struggle, but these wraps are much easier to secure—simply wrap them around swollen feet or legs and adjust the Velcro straps for a snug fit, making them a practical option for those who need to manage compression independently. Each pack includes one wrap per foot. I ordered the X-Large size, but they turned out to be too big for me. However, they’re likely a better fit for individuals with significantly swollen feet. The adjustable straps offer some flexibility, which standard compression socks don’t provide. At around $40, they are on the pricier side, and unfortunately, they aren't HSA/FSA eligible—a missed opportunity for those managing chronic conditions.

What a relief these feet compressions give. I have several medical issues needing compressions of feet and legs. I stand a lot and often need relief. I absolutely love these because they secure my feet and have a perfectly firmly snug fit. They are not tight at all but actually give some relief to your feet. They are durable enough to wear daily. I plan to wear these a lot. Reasonable quality but the price needs to be lower although these are a great fit.

These are well constructed compression wraps for your feet. They are much, much easier to put on than knee high compression socks, they are soft and well constructed. I have used them for a few days now and have found they do a fairly good job in helping control swelling in my feet; however, I found a few disadvantages in using these wraps rather than compression stockings. The material they are constructed from, while soft, makes my feel sweat; they are too bulky to wear in my shoes; the swelling, while fairly controlled in my feet has increased in my calves (seeming to collect right above the top of these wraps), and the cost of one pair of these wraps (currently $39.99) is more than I pay for two pairs of compression socks. For these reasons these wraps are not for me.

Even after 3 machine washing, they still have a horrible odor. I need this item, so I can only keep washing them until the odor goes away.

I have lower leg lymphedema, which causes my leg to swell up due to my lymph nodes not functioning as they should. So along with having to wrap my legs during the day, it causes my ankles to swell as well. Beltwell is a great brand , as they make things for us lymphies to use that would cost us a ton of money if we were to buy them from medical stores. This ankle compression is just as good as any short stretch wrap that I have used. It covers a great area and adds just the right compression along with me wrapping my lower leg. I just wish that they would create something that could be worn all day at work. I love the fact that it is in black, as it doesn't draw too much attention as it would if it were beige, as I'm able to blend it in with other things I'm wearing. People just think it's an ankle or foot injury. Great product!

These compression wraps are really impressively constructed! I have some of the standard medically-issued foot compression wraps, but these have an improved design that makes them so much easier to put on and tighten or loosen where needed along the foot and ankle. I did not, however, pay close enough attention to the available size chart (which is about 7 images in and somewhat hidden by Amazon's page interface). I ended up with the XL which is unfortunately too large for me to use. I still gave these 5 stars just because the materials are thick and soft, and I really like this design. I will definitely order the slightly smaller version for regular use.
