Came with pilot bearing, which I had already purchased beforehand. If you're expecting it to have the crank dowel hole and timing marks, like the stock OEM, don't. None of the replacement Suzuki flywheels I've ever bought have them. I took my old flywheel, drilled the crank dowel hole and transferred over the timing marks. Pilot bearing ID is 10mm and bolt holes are real close to 3/8. Just lined up the holes and drilled a new dowel hole, then marked the timing mark with a cold chisel. All good.
