Raised my 4th gen 4runner several inches. I can’t give you a “it has x amount of lift” because I had significant sagging after adding a drawer system to it. The truck rides much better with the load but I will tell you- these springs are stiff. Be honest with yourself about how much weight is actually on your rig and not what you want to be on there one day. I went medium and it was more than enough for the weight I have. Wouldn’t change it but- be warned.

Installed in my 2007 sr5 lifted as expected but took a 1” spacer to properly level bilstein 5100s set at 1.75” in the front

2006 4runner v6 4x4. Love them. Installed with the bilstein 5100. It's more firm then stock but not in a bad way. When my 80 lbs dog jumps in, you would notice the rear end of the car would dip. No more.Install was easy too. Just unbolt the top strut bolt and the sway bar and that will give you enough room to put it in.
